Showcase performance slots are between 15-20 minutes depending on the category
The Selection Process
Showcase applications are open to any performance in the categories listed below. Once the Showcase Application deadline has closed the Showcase Selection Committee will review and select the Showcase Categories and the performers in each category and potential alternates and submit them to the COCA National Conference Chair and Board for approval.
The Offer & Acceptance Process
Once the showcase performer selection is finalized the selected applicants will be notified and they will need to confirm their participation as a 2025 National Conference Showcase Act. They will have to submit the required documents (promo photos, bios, tech riders etc) and pay the required Showcase Fee. If the information and payment is not received by the deadline provided in the acceptance notification the offer of a Showcase will be void and one of the alternate acts will be contacted and offered the Showcase slot. Once a showcase fee has been paid it is not refundable.
All selected Showcase Acts will have to sign an Acceptance Form indicating that they understand and will abide by all of COCA's Policies and Procedures.
Please note that preference will be give to acts that have not showcased at the previous two National Conference consecutively.
