Base fee:

1. School Member Conference Registration – $750.00
2. LATE School Member Conference Registration – $900.00
3. Esport Delegate Conference Registration (3-Day) – $500.00
4. Designer Delegate Conference Registration (3-Day) – $500.00
5. Associate Delegate Conference Registration & MEMBERSHIP – $1,250.00
6. Associate Conference Delegate Registration – $850.00
7. LATE Associate Conference Delegate Registration & MEMBERSHIP – $1,400.00
8. LATE Associate Conference Delegate Registration – $1,000.00

NOTES:

1. You must have either an active 2025 School or Associate Membership to register for the conference.

2. If you would like to register for a 3-Day Pass as an Esports or Designer Delegate, please email info@coca.org for a code.

3. Regular Registration ends on 9 May 2025. Regular price delegate tickets cannot be bought after this date and only Late Registration tickets will be available.

4. Please make sure to book your hotel by 16 May 2025 for our Special Block Rate of $221/night.
