Showcase Fees

Fees for Showcase Acts

Each act that is selected to Showcase at the Student Life Summit will have already paid the SHOWCASE APPLICATION FEE, and will also need to pay a SHOWCASE REGISTRATION FEE (For a list of all types of Association SLS Registration, and to complete your registration - please see the Associate Registrtion page).

If your act is selected to showcase, please note that the following fees must be received at the COCA office NO LATER THAN May 5th, 2023 or you risk losing your showcase spot. Please pick ONE of the following options:

A. Showcase Registration & Full Attendance Access to the Student Life Summit

• 1 showcase spot (with artist and support staff badges provided for access to their showcase)
• 1 booth at BizHall and 2 BizHall Only Badges
• 1 Full Access Delegate Badge: Includes Access for the delegate to ALL SLS Activities, including 2 Receptions & 4 Meals (including the Awards Banquet)
• 1 year of access to digital only COCA resources

$1,400.00 + 13% HST 

Additional Full Access Delegate Badges are available for $600.00 + HST each
 

B. Showcase Registration & Reduced Attendance Access to the Student Life Summit

• 1 showcase spot (with artist and support staff badges provided for access to their showcase)
• 1 booth at BizHall and 2 BizHall Only Badges
• 1 Reduced Access Delegate Badge: Includes Access for the delegate to ONLY Showcases, Associates Meeting, 1 Reception, & the Awards Banquet (Meal provided)
• 1 year of access to digital only COCA resources

$1,250.00 + 13% HST 

Additional Reduced Access Delegate Badges are available for $500.00 + HST each
 

C. Showcase Only Registration 

• 1 showcase spot (with artist and support staff badges provided for access to their showcase)
• 1 booth at BizHall and 2 BizHall Only Badges

$400.00 + 13% HST
