2023 STUDENT LIFE SUMMIT EDUCATION PROGRAM

The 2023 Student Life Summit Education Committee is working hard to put together an exciting Educational Program that is geared toward helping you succeed in your role for the up-coming year. There will be four dedicated education streams that will cover everything from Events Programming, to Clubs and Student Groups, to Marketing and Communications, and even some great general Management and Staff Development sessions - we promise there will be something for everyone!

Events Programming
Various sessions will cover the following topics:
Accessible Events for Everyone, Contract Negotiations, Event Safety and Security, On-campus Partnerships, Small and Large Scale Events, Hybrid Programming, and Ticketing Platforms

Clubs and Student Groups
Various sessions will cover the following topics:
Club Recruitment and Retention, Club Leadership and Training, Club Events, Rebuilding Campus Culture, Hybrid Clubs, and Working with Diverse Groups

Marketing and Communications
Various sessions will cover the following topics:
Building a Brand, Social Media Management Platforms, Connecting to the Student Community, Sponsorships and Partnerships, Accessible Marketing and Communications

Management and Staff Development
Various sessions will cover the following topics:
Workplace Culture, Employee Selfcare, Team Development, Revenue Generation, and Indigenous Education
