Showcase Fees

Fees for Showcase Acts

Each act that is selected to Showcase at the Student Life Summit will have paid the SHOWCASE APPLICATION FEE, will need to pay a SHOWCASE PERFORMANCE FEE, will need to be covered under the appropriate ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP*, and must REGISTER FOR THE SLS (which will include a booth in the Campus Activities Biz Hall / Trade Show).

*Note: Any artist selected to showcase must be, or become, an Associate Member of COCA (or have their representing company be, or become, an Associate Member).

If your act is selected to showcase, please note that the following fees must be received at the COCA office NO LATER THAN Monday April 18th, 2022 or you risk losing your showcase spot.

A. Showcase Application Fee

$35.00 + 13% HST which is paid at the time of on-line submission by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

B. Showcase Performance Fee

$300.00 + 13% HST

C. Associate Membership Fee

i. Represented Acts (Agency/Company Rate)
$475.00 + 13% HST

ii. Self-Represented Acts (Artist Rate)
$330.00 + 13% HST

D. SLS Registration Fee (For Associate Members)

i. Full Conference Access
$500.00 + 13% HST
Single Delegate
Biz Hall Booth
Includes Access to ALL SLS Activities, including 2 Receptions & 4 Meals (including the Awards Banquet)
Additional Full Conference Delegates may be added for $350.00 each
Additional Reduced Access Delegates may be added for $250.00 each

$400.00 + 13% HST
Single Delegate
Biz Hall Booth
Includes Access to ONLY Showcases, Associates Meeting, 1 Reception, & the Awards Banquet (Meal provided)
Additional Reduced Access Delegates may be added for $250.00 each
